Also known as "Unnamed Height". A summit of the very popular hike "14 eight-thousanders in the Eastern Ore Mountains" - the Himalayas in the Eastern Ore Mountains!

Altitude: 827 m

One place - 3 names. Initially, Wüste Höhe had no name at all, and was therefore simply named as the Unnamed Ridge. Today it is also known as Helbigshöhe. This peak is not a real hilltop, it cannot be recognized immediately. There is no view, it's just a point along the way. Coming to it is easy.

On the Wüste Höhe you will find a stamp point that identifies the summit as one of the destinations of the "14 eight-thousanders" tour. You can get all the information about this popular tour at the Altenberg Tourist Information Office.
