A summit of the "14 eight-thousanders in the Eastern Ore Mountains Tour" - the Himalayas in the Eastern Ore Mountains! Height: 807 m

You can rest in a small hut and in summer the surrounding meadows are perfect for taking a longer break. 

This peak is located in the middle of the cross-country skiing area. The circular trail 5 = Scharpsitze runs along here. Many years ago, real winter sports enthusiasts started here, because the former bobsleigh run, which can here also be found. With a little bit of attention you can still see the foundations of the old route. At the Scharspitze you will find a stamp point that identifies the summit as a destination of the "14 eight-thousanders" tour. You can obtain all information about this tour inthe Altenberg Tourist Information Office.
